Roles & Responsibilities:
As the Business Development Manager at Therapeutic Bake Pte. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expansion initiatives. Working closely with the executive team, you will identify strategic opportunities, cultivate partnerships, and implement initiatives to enhance our market presence and revenue streams. With a focus on creativity, innovation, and customer satisfaction, you will lead efforts to expand our offerings, reach new audiences, and establish Therapeutic Bake as a leader in the baking education industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and expansion into new markets.
2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
3. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure partnerships, sponsorships, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and opportunities for growth and differentiation.
6. Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making and innovation. 8. Remain vigilant of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, integrating newfound knowledge into strategic planning to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage. 9. Provide routine updates and comprehensive reports to the executive leadership, offering insights into business development endeavors, milestones achieved, and outcomes delivered.
