Regional Head of Growth - Maplebear Asiawide - #1210393

As Head of Growth for MapleBear Asiawide, you will be based in Singapore to drive the execution of the Company’s franchising strategy to deliver business growth, reporting directly to the Management.

This position entails developing short- and long-term franchising strategy, and building a franchise development pipeline in Asia.

You will be responsible for driving growth in existing and new franchise relationships as well as managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting, nurturing lead opportunities to contract negotiation, and deal closure.

Responsibilities Include

• Work directly with the Management to develop and execute growth strategies in Asia.
• Develop a growth plan by recruiting, interviewing, screening, and evaluating prospective business owners.
• Manage prospective business owners through the selection process including insuring they are well informed and motivated through presentation of the market development plan, negotiations etc.
• Implement recruitment strategies, processes, and tools to develop strong relationships with prospective business owners who are financially and operationally qualified.
• Providing marketing and communications expertise across platform capabilities, marketing strategy, and analytics to schools in Asia.
• Lead market research and analysis to inform business decisions and prioritize growth initiatives. Lead negotiations and relationship-building with key strategic partners.
• Monitor the business performance of franchisee market and provide advice and support to Business Owners as needed.

Hiring Criteria:

• The applicant should have a minimum of 10 years of global experience in both the education and franchise industry.
• The applicant should demonstrate a proven ability to drive and achieve sales targets.
• The applicant should possess a track record of marketing and communications experience, supporting more than 100 schools globally.
