Job descriptions:-

  • To advise upon the procurement of resources.
  • To plan for and the ongoing management of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
  • Take a leading role in interfacing with client, sub-contractors and other consultants, at all project stages.
  • Monitor and advise upon project finances.
  • Resolving any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on and off site.
  • Lead the onsite team and ensure project completion within the set budget, schedule and conformance with design documents.
  • Conduct regular scheduled meetings to review project progress and quality/performance issues in and off site.

Job requirements:-

  • Minimum Degree in Electrical/Mechanical equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 10 years of working experiences as a Project Manager
  • Main contractor is from China. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to liaise with them daily.
