About the client
I am representing a leading Global MNC within the Industrial Manufacturing space with presences in more than 50 countries and with Singapore being the new global HQ. They are looking for a Content Lead to be part of the pioneer team to ensure consistent branding and marketing communication strategies are conveyed to its right audience and aligned with the overall objective of the company.
About the role
Reporting to the Branding Communications Head, your responsibilities will includes
- Working closely with senior management to execute strategic communications plans and
- Develop compelling and targeted content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, website, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all communication materials adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across social media platforms such as on linkedin etc
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation.
- Be involved t in email campaign development and implementation and supporting inbound marketing system management, including campaign development and data analysis with the assistance of the agency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing communication strategies.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing results and recommending improvements.
Skills and experience required
- Min 6-8 years of relevant experience and comfortable being an individual contributor , working in a lean & dynamic environment
- Some regional experience with the ability to work with people of different backgrounds and to communicate with stakeholders from the North Asia region
- Exceptional written and verbal communication whom is a good organizer and meticulous in his or her work
