Responsibility

1. Responsible for new staff entry process, including contact with HR sub-contactors, on boarding, prepare the personal materials, e.g. labor contract, confidentially agreement, code of business conduct and other related attachments in accordance with national regulations and the company's internal needs;

3. Manage contract renew process including organize contract signing and follow up;

3. Responsible for associate termination management;

4. Responsible management and file archive room management;

5. Manage associate’s time attendance data and provide related monthly report;

6. Internal audit preparation and result follow up;

7. As a coordinator between associate and HR, support certification signature and company chop etc;

8. Support social insurance and housing fund related;

9. Responsible for recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, interview arrangement, vendor management etc.;

10. Participant or lead projects for process improvement;

11. Statistical work for positions, CV, interview, on boarded, etc.

12. Other tasks or projects assigned belong to onsite scope.

2. Preliminary Qualifications &Technical Skills

Ø Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a HR,preferably in the oil and gas industry.

Ø Sector Experience: Direct and recent experience working on offshore oil and gas projects is essential.
