The role leads a team of Executives in managing all aspects of building operations, including M&E systems and outsourced services such as cleaning, security, landscaping, and pest control, ensuring all works are delivered to contract standards.
The incumbent oversees the full procurement cycle — preparing, calling, evaluating, and administering quotations and tenders — while managing vendor performance and advising on specialist appointments.
Financial accountability includes budget preparation and control for both operational and capital expenditures, alongside preparation of management reports and contract reviews.
The role requires hands-on compliance management covering Green Mark sustainability standards, SCDF fire evacuation drills, CERT training, and liaison with all relevant authorities to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certificates.
Additionally, the role manages all tenancy matters including fit-outs, renovations, reinstatements, and tenant feedback, while maintaining proper records and documentation across all building operations.

Recognized degree in Facilities / Building Services / Building Management, or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
Strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
Good team player and able to work independently
