Job Details
Location: Hillview Avenue
Salary: up to $3,500 with 1 month completion bonus
Contract Duration: 1 year contract
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute purchasing and material planning strategies in alignment with production schedules and inventory targets.
Generate Purchase Requisitions and Production Order creation using SAP system.
Track order status and expedite or defer deliveries as needed to align with production requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality, to resolve supply chain issues.
Analyse demand trends and supply risks to anticipate and prevent potential disruptions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.
Min Diploma in any Engineering discipline or Supply Chain Management or Procurement
Minimum of 2 years of experience in planner, or similar supply chain role
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, meticulous, resourceful, able to multi-task
Minimum experience using Excel at least “ Pivot table” level
