Recruitment Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, including scheduling and follow-ups
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist consultants with candidate sourcing, screening, and profile formatting
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
- Update and maintain candidate records in the internal database/ATS
- Support in preparing candidate summaries and interview briefing notes
- Follow up on interview feedback from both clients and candidates
- Assist with offer management, reference checks, and onboarding coordination
- Handle administrative duties related to recruitment activities and documentation
- Support the team with ad hoc tasks and operational requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
