About our client: Our client is a Singapore-based design, architecture, and manufacturing company.
About the role: Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, overseeing a small HR support team of three staff. This is a hands-on HR Manager role with end-to-end operational responsibility, reporting directly to the CEO. The role requires a candidate who is strong in HR execution, operations, and payroll, rather than a purely strategic HR Business Partner profile.
- Manage the full spectrum of HR operations for Singapore
- Supervise and support a small HR team
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations
- Manage performance management and HR administration
About you
- 5–8 years of HR experience
- At least 2–3 years of experience in an HR Manager role
- Strong hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations
- Proven ability to manage day-to-day HR operations and lead a small team
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
- Experience in an SME environment, preferably within the manufacturing, construction, or interior fit-out industry
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, operational HR environment
