About our client: Our client is a Singapore-based design, architecture, and manufacturing company.

About the role: Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, overseeing a small HR support team of three staff. This is a hands-on HR Manager role with end-to-end operational responsibility, reporting directly to the CEO. The role requires a candidate who is strong in HR execution, operations, and payroll, rather than a purely strategic HR Business Partner profile.

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR operations for Singapore
  • Supervise and support a small HR team
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations
  • Manage performance management and HR administration

About you

  • 5–8 years of HR experience
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in an HR Manager role
  • Strong hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations
  • Proven ability to manage day-to-day HR operations and lead a small team
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in an SME environment, preferably within the manufacturing, construction, or interior fit-out industry
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, operational HR environment
