Join an expert delivery team to spearhead comprehensive financial transformation initiatives, driving the structural architecture, system configuration, and strategic implementation of enterprise real estate and financial portfolios.

• Stream Leadership: Lead complex SAP Finance transformation and implementation projects with a dedicated focus on the Real Estate Management (RE-FX) framework.

• Process Architecture: Drive end-to-end real estate and lease lifecycle workflows, overseeing contract management, lease-in, lease-out scenarios, and localized compliance reporting.

• Core Ledger Governance: Configure and support core financial modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Asset Accounting (AA), and Project Systems (PS).

• System Integration: Collaborate closely with corporate business units to gather functional requirements, translating them into scalable technical designs that connect RE-FX seamlessly across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems.

• Delivery & Mentorship: Manage project delivery scopes, timelines, and rigorous quality assurance protocols while mentoring junior consultants to enhance internal functional capabilities.

skills and experience required.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline. Professional accounting certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are highly advantageous.

• Technical Expertise: Robust SAP Finance implementation experience with deep, hands-on configuration expertise in

  SAP RE-FX alongside core modules ( AP, AR, GL, AA).

• Platform & Methodologies: Proven track record executing full-lifecycle ERP transformation programs; hands-on experience with

  SAP S/4HANA Finance and Agile delivery frameworks is preferred.

• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate finance workflows, complex lease accounting rules, and asset management principles.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to cross-functional business leaders.
