Responsibilities
In charge of corporate account canvassing, gathering, maintaining and developing commercial leads, conducting applicant interviews, business negotiations, signing contracts on the client and candidate side;
Understanding, analyzing and answering to clients’ request for proposals together with our pre-sales consultants and Business Development Manager;
Engage in headhunting, sourcing, screening, developing and introducing candidates;
Striving to achieve yours sales target and managing the relationship both with and between your clients and consultants;
Managing the relationship with both your clients and consultants, and supporting them;
Being a driving force to develop our core values and promoting our fields of expertise;
Report directly to the Chief Business officer based in Belgium, with performance tracked through clear KPIs.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Master degree in relevant disciplines;
Strong problem-solving ability;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
A creative problem solver with passion, energy and enthusiasm to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in business development / recruitment will be a plus;
Experience in consulting is necessary;
Willing to relocate to Singapore or already based in the region;
Experience in technical recruitment is necessary;
Speaking French will be a plus (interactions with France and Belgium);
Self-directed and require minimal supervision.
