Job Summary

Join The British Antiques Company as a Retail Sales Associate to assist customers, manage sales transactions, maintain store presentation, and support live-selling and promotions in a welcoming boutique setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers by providing detailed product information and personalized recommendations to enhance sales
  • Process cashiering transactions accurately and efficiently, including packing purchased items
  • Perform basic inventory tasks to maintain stock accuracy and availability
  • Maintain store cleanliness and attractive presentation to create a welcoming shopping environment
  • Support live-selling sessions and in-store promotions by engaging customers and facilitating sales
  • Deliver excellent customer service that reflects the brand’s values and builds customer loyalty

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
  • Enjoy interacting with customers to create a pleasant shopping experience
  • Good spoken English to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Retail or F&B experience is advantageous but not required
  • Singaporean or PR status preferred

Other Information

Work Schedule

  • 5.5 days per week
  • Must work Saturdays and Sundays with alternate Sundays off
  • Weekday off provided on the remaining week
  • Working hours: 11am – 6pm (may vary slightly during events)
