The Opportunity
We are seeking highly driven, entrepreneurial individuals to join our team. This is a pure full-commission role designed for top-tier sales professionals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.
If you have a knack for sales and a passion for helping business owners grow, this role offers uncapped income potential. While we provide qualified leads and comprehensive training, your success depends on your hunger, hustle, and ability to close deals. Our top consultants consistently earn between SGD 10,000 and SGD 50,000 monthly, with average entry-level earnings ranging from SGD 70,000 to SGD 120,000 annually, and senior consultants exceeding SGD 400,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage SME owners and business decision-makers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach.
Consult with business owners to understand their cash flow, expansion plans, and financing requirements.
Recommend suitable financing options, including Business Term Loans, PSG, EDG, Invoice Factoring, and Commercial Property Loans, and structure deals to optimise approval and quantum.
Guide clients through the entire loan application process, from documentation and submission to negotiation and disbursement.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Ensure all activities adhere to company procedures and industry regulations.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven sales experience is highly advantageous, particularly in banking, property, insurance, or B2B sales. Fresh graduates with a strong sales drive are also welcome to apply.
Possesses an established network of SME clients, business introducers, or referral partners is highly preferred.
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented. Capable of working independently in a high-pressure, sales-driven environment.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus to liaise with Chinese-speaking business owners.
Must be residing in Singapore with valid work documents.
