ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior leader across meetings business development, and research. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced finance environment, is fluent in AI tools, and can navigate Bloomberg and financial data with confidence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Meetings & Calendar Management — Coordinate and prepare for internal and external meetings, including agendas, briefing notes, and follow-ups to ensure the executive is always well-prepared.

• Business Development Support — Track pipeline activity, prepare pitch materials, conduct background research on prospects and partners, and support deal flow coordination.

• Research & Analysis — Produce concise, high-quality research on markets, companies, competitors, and macroeconomic trends usingBloomberg, public filings, and other sources.

• AI-Powered Workflows — Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) to accelerate research, summarise documents, draft communications, and improve overall efficiency.

• Communications — Draft and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or research analyst role — ideally within finance, investment management, or professional services.

• Hands-on proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal: data pulls, company and sector research, news monitoring.

• Demonstrated ability to work with AI tools and integrate them into daily workflows — practical, real-world use is essential.

• Strong research and synthesis skills — able to turn complex information into clear, actionable summaries.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• Highly organised, discreet, and capable of managing competing priorities under pressure.

• A self-starter who anticipates needs rather than waiting to be asked.
