Job Description
- Responsible for performing job inspection at first piece, in process and final inspection per the Job Instructions Sheet plans.
- Responsible for performing First Article Inspection (FAI).
- Responsible for performing dimensional inspection using a variety of inspection gages & equipment.
- Taking care of initiate Quality Notification (QN) for non-conformance when products are not meeting Quality and Engineering requirement.
- Responsible for performing proper use and maintenance of gages and inspection equipment.
- Responsible for performing proper documentation including inspection stamping of quality paperwork.
- Maintain and improve 5S standards on workstations and responsible areas.
- Min Nitec in Precision/Mechanical Engineering or higher.
- Min 2 Years of experience in quality control with experience in CMM
