Temp Logistics Assistant (3 Month Contract)

In charge of verifying shipment content against shipping documents provided.
Responsible in assisting in material picking against pick list and packing of outbound shipments.
In charge of rejecting damage items and record discrepancies.
In charge of data entry into ERP system.
Responsible in assisting Logistics Officer in coordinating with logistics provider on shipment collection.
In Charge of the visual inspect material for defects and report these and any unusual situation immediately.
Operate lift trucks, hand trucks, forklifts, stackers, or any other lifting or material handling equipment/devices to move, convey, or hoist materials or products, following the training provided.
Maintain good housekeeping practices in work area.

Min GCE ‘O’ level and above
Min 3 year of experience in ERP systems, lifting devices and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
Possess a Class 3 Driving License and Forklift License.
